Joline lived with her Mother [Rosanne,] Step-Father [Paul,] Grandmother [Patricia,] and Grandfather [Richard,] in a small, tight-knit Catholic community in Alaska. She tried desperately to get the attention she wanted and craved from her mother, and didn’t understand why her mother didn’t seem to give it to her.
Was placed into pre-school early because her mother and grandparents didn’t want to look after her, and her step-father, who her mother had only recently married and was a lawyer, worked far too much to watch her.
Her little brother, Devon, came when she was around four. She wondered why her mother seemed to love him, but not her.
Went to pre-school, then kindergarten and first grade in a public school. She was older by a year than the other students, due to her early start. Starting in second grade, she went to a private school.

Began to understand that her mother hated her, but still didn’t understand why. Began second grade at a private co-ed Catholic Boarding School called Saint Marcelinus after being transferred. Here she was regarded with some kindness at first, and even made a couple of friends. However, her mother soon influenced the school, telling them her daughter was a whore and a slut, and needed to be disciplined harshly. The nuns, first, started acting coldly towards her, then slowly the students followed suit, only because they saw the nuns doing so and figured they had to, until Joline was completely isolated. Sometimes she hung out with the older fifth grade delinquents, who smoked and read pornography behind the school. She didn’t like to smoke, but she became interested in this “porn” thing. By the time she was eight, her mind was tainted. One of the fifth graders, the tallest male, liked to mess with her, and stole her first kiss before she moved away at the end of 4th grade. She missed the fifth graders when she moved away.

Moved to South Park, CO. Her mother got into some argument with her parents and wanted to move as far away from them as she possibly could. Paul had relatives in Colorado, so they moved with them to Denver first, but the city was too much for Rosanne and they wanted to move to a small hick town. So they moved to South Park, and Joline decided to open up more, try to make friends, break out of her shell. Her first friend was Kenny McCormick, mostly because they both got detention for reading porn in class on her first day. Slowly after, she began to make more friends. She had to go to the after-school activities all the time, and spent a lot of time with her friend Shy there when he had to go, who would invite her over on some days when he didn’t have to attend. On days she had to stay the whole time, she normally stayed until the school had to close, then wandered around town or went to a friend’s house until her step-dad got home.
Her mother locked her out, and she didn’t have a key.
Joline’s cousin, Serafina, comes to live with her family when she’s 11 because Serafina’s mother wants to travel Europe, and Joline’s grandparents couldn’t really look after her alone since they’re old.
Joline attempts to protect the neighborhood kids, and her own little brother, from her bully of a cousin. In return, Serafina constantly gets Joline into trouble with her mother. They dislike eachother.
She and Kenny McCormick were best friends up until she was 13.

When she turned 13, Joline started to notice she’d developed different feelings for Kenny McCormick.
Her hair is too long for a single braid, so she starts to double-braid it. Her body becomes better adjusted to the cold, and Joline begins to get a bit more fashionable. She’d always been taller, but now her male, and some of her female, friends are growing taller than her, despite her being older.
Her younger sister, Natalie, comes when she’s 12.
Serafina leaves to go live with her mother in Europe when she’s 14. Joline is happy to have that nuisance gone.
When she’s 14, Kenny and Jo are hanging out one day just chatting about stupid shit, and the topic of their past make-out experiences come out. One things leads to another, and they make out for a while. Kenny asks Jo to be honest and tell him if she likes him, and she does and says so. After that, he confesses he, too, likes her, and they start going out shortly after.
Gives Kenny their first sexual experience when she’s 14. Kenny doesn’t want oral sex, due to past experiences, so they experiment and Joline does this thing she discovered called a “pussy job” where she just rubs herself over his dick. But WOOPS it slides right inside, and breaks her hymen. She tells him to just finish and make it feel good, since he’s already in there and staying still not only feels weird, but hurts a little.

Gets more rebellious than she was and cuts her hair, which causes her to become grounded for six months. She starts doing a double-look braid, and wearing more short-cut shirts and shorts a lot more.
After their first time, Joline starts taking the pill. She didn’t get pregnant this time, but she doesn’t want to risk it again. However, she ends up getting pregnant at 16, one month before her 17th birthday, with Kenny’s child. She attempts to hide the pregnancy from her mother and step-father. She has a job as a waitress at the Village Inn and saves all of her paychecks and tips, knowing the inevitable will come.

17-18:
The inevitable comes– Joline’s mother recognizes the signs of pregnancy. Her mother kicks her out of the house, not before shoving her down the last few steps, the first physical violence she ever displays towards her daughter, due to her “moving too slow.” Joline falls, and although the baby isn’t lost, the fetus is injured due to the fall. Signs will show later however. Joline leaves, completely cut off.
She stays with a friend for the night, then leaves, not wanting to inconvenience anyone. She doesn’t tell Kenny what happened, yes. She doesn’t want to saddle him with her problems, she doesn’t want to be a burden on him, not when he already has so much to worry about. She ends up buying a cheap, barely usable car with all the money she saved, and parks it near the school. She sleeps in the car at night, goes to school the next morning, takes a nap for an hour, and then works until one am before going back to the school to sleep and then sneak in early and use the locker room showers. She gets away with this for a month, with none of her friends and or Kenny find out about what happened right away, but then signs start showing. She’s exhausted. She’s falling asleep in class and her grades are dropping. Sometimes she can’t use the school’s laundry machines, and her clothes smelled. Not only that, but they were a bit tight, since she couldn’t afford maternity clothes as she’d been trying to save for a place to live that wasn’t the car.
The most noticeable sign, however, is that she cut her hair. Fully. It was very, very short, for her at least. Kenny and a few of her other friends, stayed after school to talk about what to do, then decided to stalk her to see what she was up to.
Instead of napping she had to go right to work, so they waited until she got off work, then followed her as she headed home. And watched as she parked in a hidden area near the woods by the school. They waited a while but she didn’t get out of the car, then Kenny got the usual text they got from her every night.
“Hey! 💕💕 I just got home from work! ❤”
That was all the confirmation they needed. They went to confront her, not even responding to the text. She broke down crying, apologizing over and over and over again, saying she was sorry, that she had only wanted to not be a burden. They assured her she never would be a burden on them.
She slept at a friend’s house that night. Kenny stayed too, secretly though, her friend’s parents would kill them if they found a boy in the room with them. She was really quiet all night, and anything she did say was a quiet mumble that included a ‘sorry.’
The next morning she assured them she was going to find somewhere to stay, that she’d been saving to get a cheap apartment. She was able to fully explain the situation and her friend assured her she could stay with her as long as she needed. Kenny told her he would have let her stay too, but,,,
She understood, and told him that she knew, and that it was OK, she didn’t want to be a burden. He assured her she wasn’t. She felt extremely tired, and so she and Kenny skipped school for the day. While she slept, Kenny and her friend chatted about the situation. They decided the best thing for now was to get her some better fitting maternity clothes and just be there to support her. Joline’s friend called a couple friends together, and they all went out to shop for some things for Joline that were “Joline’s style,” and when presenting these Joline felt overwhelmingly grateful. She was happy she didn’t work that night, because all these emotions were too much.
She stayed with her friend for a month before her other friend, Esther [pertinaciously's OC] said that she’d talked to her parents and they’d agreed to let Joline stay with them. For free. She insisted that she would pay some kind of rent, and pay for all of her own food. Esther and her mother insisted that they would supply Joline’s food, but if she wanted to pay them to let her stay there, they would allow this. Joline moved out of her other friend’s place, after thanking bother her and her mother for letting her stay for so long, and into Esther’s house. She slept in the bottom bunk of Esther’s bunk-bed in her room, and everything was pretty hunky-dory for a while after that. She tried to keep up with school but found it was too stressful, so after consulting the guidance counselor, she dropped out and got her GED instead. Her and Kenny’s daughter, Jenny, was born in August, right before the next school year started. Kenny wanted to drop out to help her, but she refused to let him. She didn’t want him to throw away his future for her. She was so instant on it that he agreed finally.
She continued to live with Esther’s family until she was 18. Right before her 18th birthday, she found a cheap apartment in her budget, and applied for it. She was approved, and moved in January 3rd of the next year. Kenny moved in shortly after.
When she’s 19, she gets pregnant with their second child. The baby comes by the time she’s 20. They name her Rebecca, but years later the child comes out as transgender, and prefers to go by “Kayden.” They lovingly accept this.
When Joline is 21, she decides to start attending community college. Luckily, she had friends who didn’t attend school after high school and are willing to babysit for her when she’s at school, and when Kenny is at school or working.

Enters community college, isn’t sure where she wants to go yet. She tries to figure this out her freshman year, as she didn’t earn many scholarships and knows his expensive this is going to get. Furthers her rebellion by getting a single ear pierced. The earrings she had worn before had always been clip-on’s. It seems like a small deal to some, but for her it was huge.
She tries to find herself, and eventually decides that she really loves art, but knowing the field in that is very competitive, she decides for something simpler– business. A few years after graduating, she starts her own sex shop, running it with Kenny. It’s tough for a while, as they’re just starting out, and they decide to leave that piss-ant white-bread mountain town and move to Denver, where there are many more customers for Joline and Kenny’s shop. This is what they do for several years. A few of Joline’s friends end up following her to Denver, for their own dreams. Her friend Rylie’s son Noah and Jo and Kenny’s daughter Jenny become friends and more than, and life goes on, with Joline and Kenny having 4 more children, 2 girls and 2 boys [see link]

After Death:
Joline dies when she’s about thirty-six years old in a car accident. She outlived her first daughter, who died from child-birthing problems when she was twenty. However Kayden and her other children live long and prosper.
Kenny mourns for a long, long time. He also kills himself constantly so that he can visit Joline in Hell. She tells him she wants him to move on, to be happy, and he ends up moving back to their small mountain town, tries to contact old friends, tries to get back on his feet. He ends up meeting his old friend Butters, and they end up going out after a couple years. Kenny still goes back to Hell to visit Joline from time-to-time, but he’s once again happy, which makes her happy. She can’t wait for the day that he dies and can stay for good though. She is happy she and her daughter are reunited in Hell together. That’s one thing she’s grateful for.
After she dies, she remembers all the times Kenny dies, the memory thing is no longer affected since she’s dead.
Her friend Esther died before her, and she and Esther co-own bussinesses in a three-story building together. The first floor is Esther’s bakery, the second, Joline’s porn and sex shop. The third is the flat she lives on, no one but her and people she allows are allowed up there.
Her mom has a lot of rules she has to follow when she's @ home, she doesn't like friends hanging out at her house when her mother
is home due to this.
